Most software fails behind the interface. Data drifts out of sync, an endpoint quietly returns the wrong shape, a background job dies at 2am and nobody finds out until a customer calls. We build the layer where that happens, and we build it to be observable.
That means designed schemas rather than accumulated ones, APIs with explicit contracts, authentication that holds up to a real attempt, and jobs that fail loudly and retry sensibly.

How a project runs
Five stages, each agreed before the next begins, so the important decisions are made deliberately and you always know where the project stands.
Scope
We work out what the software actually has to do, who uses it, and what breaks if it goes down. You get a written scope with a fixed price before anything is built.
Architecture
Data model, API contracts, infrastructure and security decided up front and written down, so the expensive choices are made deliberately rather than discovered halfway through.
Build
Delivered in working increments you can open and use. No progress reports on features that do not exist yet.
Verify
Tests, type checking and a real deployment on real infrastructure. We tell you what was verified and what was not.
Hand over
You get the repository, the infrastructure, the credentials and the documentation. The code is yours, and you are not locked to us to keep it running.
